Engineer. RF hardware, UAV systems, self-hosted infrastructure.
I build things at the intersection of radio-frequency hardware and software: microwave amplifiers, unmanned aerial systems, and the digital infrastructure that keeps them running. Most of my work happens in small teams on long projects where the hardware and the software have to agree with each other.
Before that I spent close to a decade in application security, co-founding and running engineering at a company that built tools for protecting web applications and APIs.
I keep occasional notes on hardware bring-up, Linux tooling, and the less-glamorous parts of running your own servers. Nothing on a fixed schedule — written when something is worth writing down.
